Recruitment Specialist

As a Recruitment Specialist, you are responsible for the full recruitment and talent acquisition process within Blue10 and you safeguard the quality of the candidate journey. In doing so, you build the recruitment process structurally, professionalize it, and optimize it continuously. You work the labor market consciously and systematically, ensuring a continuous inflow of qualitative candidates that fit our organization and culture.

Your responsibilities include:

• Setting up, managing, and optimizing the recruitment process;

• Actively approaching and inspiring potential candidates via LinkedIn and other professional channels;

• Conducting initial introductory interviews, either online or physically on-site, where you ensure a professional setting and clear frameworks. You assess specifically on cultural fit, ambition, competencies, and mutual expectations;

• Directing the entire recruitment process and ensuring a careful handover to Talent Managers and Heads of the various teams for the follow-up of the selection process;

• Building and maintaining a talent pool and actively managing relationships with potential candidates;

• Deploying and measuring recruitment marketing and employer branding to position Blue10 visibly and attractively within the SaaS market;

• Monitoring labor market developments, recruitment data, and KPIs to continuously improve inflow and conversion.

• HBO (Higher Professional Education) level of work and thinking;

• Demonstrable experience as a recruiter or recruitment specialist;

• Experience with ATS systems and recruitment tooling;

• Affinity with or knowledge of SaaS is a strong plus;

• Good command of Dutch and English.
