The role
As Product Manager Platform, you are part of the Product team. The team is divided into four domains: Workflow, Platform, ERP, and Contracts. Our platform team has a direct influence on the success experience of customers when using our software. You will work daily on optimizing the import and recognition process of (currently) over one million documents, such as contracts, invoices, and (packing) slips, per month. The better this process runs, the simpler and more efficient our customers can manage their (financial) administration. An important objective of Product is the adoption of developed features by our customers. In addition to the quality and simplicity of the solution, you measure usage and appreciation.
In short, your work week looks like this:
What you'll do
You continuously optimize the import and recognition process of documents;
You monitor the roadmap, the sprint planning, the backlog, and determine the priorities;
You flesh out work items, together with the Business Analyst (design, feature, user stories);
You monitor the development velocity and hold regular consultations with all stakeholders;
You monitor the quality of the solution (technical and functional);
You use targeted product marketing to increase feature adoption.

About the company & team
WHO ARE WE?
With us, it is not just about what we do, but certainly also about who we are. We believe that hard work and having fun go hand in hand perfectly. We provide clear frameworks within which you receive the freedom to take your responsibility. That is why you receive the Blue10 daily dashboard every day, so that you also know how we are performing as an organization and whether we are on course to reach our goals.
Blue10 customers experience a sense of control over their financial administration because they automate the procurement process from contract to payment. With our software, invoices are approved on average 5 to 10 days faster, invoices are paid to suppliers on time, and the month-end closing is under control. Our customers make better decisions because they rely on up-to-date figures.
Blue10 automates repetitive tasks, checks the completeness, timeliness, and accuracy of the administration, and provides context to users, for example when approving or searching for invoices and contracts. Blue10 is the ideal assistant for financial administration.
