Senior Business Development Manager

• You have a completed HBO or WO degree;

• You have at least 8 to 10 years of commercial experience within business services, consultancy, staffing, or interim services;

• You have demonstrable experience with business development, account management, and consultative selling at a senior level;

• You move easily within complex stakeholder environments and are a conversation partner for executive and board levels;

• You combine entrepreneurship with strategic thinking skills and know how to achieve results without losing sight of the long term;

• You have excellent command of the Dutch and English languages.

• A competitive salary between €5,000 and €8,000 gross per month based on a 40-hour work week, depending on knowledge and work experience;

At Cuccibu, we are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to help organizations with their challenges regarding privacy, information security, and compliance. You are a high-level interlocutor for boards, executive teams, and management, and you know how to create new opportunities, build strategic relationships, and further strengthen our market position.

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you are responsible for developing and realizing the commercial growth strategy within your market segments. You combine commercial impact with substantive interest and know how to translate issues surrounding governance, risks, compliance, and digital resilience into concrete solutions.

Identifying and developing strategic growth opportunities with existing and new clients;

Building and maintaining sustainable relationships at executive, management, and board levels;

• Advising organizations on complex issues in the field of privacy, information security, and compliance;

• Developing commercial propositions and market initiatives that contribute to the further growth of Cuccibu;

• Collaborating with consultants, management, and partners to serve clients integrally;

• Representing Cuccibu within relevant networks, industry organizations, and events;

• Realizing revenue growth and expanding long-term partnerships.

• Affinity with privacy, information security, compliance, and risk management is a strong plus;

This position goes emphatically beyond traditional sales. You actively contribute to the strategic development of Cuccibu, think along about new markets, propositions, and collaborations, and play an important role in the further professionalization and growth of our organization.

You work closely with the management team and are given the space to independently provide direction to commercial initiatives that make a real impact for our clients and for Cuccibu.
