Pricing Specialist

You are analytically and financially strong, and you immediately see what a price change does to volume, churn, revenue, and margin. You set the course for pricing and dive into the analyses yourself to make it a reality. You dare to make pricing decisions and bring Sales, Finance, and Proposition Management along with you. You safeguard frameworks and mandates without sacrificing commercial pace.

• You have experience with pricing, packaging, and discount policy.

• You calculate price impact on revenue and margin and translate the outcome into a clear decision.

• You know how to research willingness-to-pay and use that to validate packages.

• You manage price realization, churn, and discount leakage, and make them measurable.

• You work accurately with pricing data in CRM and billing.

• You speak and write Dutch fluently, given our Dutch customers and content.

• Experience with pricing of API or AI services is a plus.

• A good base salary and a standard 36-hour work week.

• A year-end bonus of 4% of your gross annual salary.

• 23 vacation days and a personal choice budget of 12%, of which 8% is holiday allowance and 4% is freely spendable for, for example, extra vacation days.

Legal AI is only as good as the knowledge behind it, and at Lefebvre Sdu, we have been building that knowledge for 200 years. Day in, day out. Law by law. Word by word. Over 75,000 professionals work with it daily, and we build it to the standard their profession demands. We are looking for a Pricing Specialist who determines what that knowledge is worth.

We are moving from content subscriptions to software, and with that, how we earn money is also changing. In addition to subscriptions, API- and AI-based services are being added, and for those services, no obvious price is yet ready. You will become the owner of our pricing and discount model. For every price, package, or discount change, you will calculate the impact on revenue and margin per segment before it takes effect. Together with Proposition Management, you will investigate what customers truly want to pay for, and you will track how competitors develop their prices and packages. Sales will receive sharp discount ranges and mandates from you, along with the supporting reasoning. Afterwards, you will measure what resulted from your prediction: price realization, churn, and discount leakage. And you will ensure that every price change is entered correctly and on time in CRM and billing, so that everyone manages according to the same figures. The goal: margin above the standard cost price and sustained growth. Our knowledge has value. You ensure that we also capture that value.
