What you'll do
You guide healthcare organizations throughout the entire implementation process, from preparation to a successful rollout of our solution in daily practice.
You train and support healthcare professionals, so that they can work with confidence using Medido and make optimal use of the product's possibilities.
You build sustainable relationships with team leaders, care managers, innovation advisors, nurses, and other contact persons at customers.
You help existing customers further expand their use of Medido by proactively thinking along and thoroughly understanding their needs.
You work closely with an Account Manager and internal teams, sharing customer insights and coordinating necessary support.
You handle the administrative side of implementations, keep customer data up to date, and carefully follow up on customer questions and cases.
How you'll work
📍 Location: Northeast Netherlands (Groningen & Drenthe). The position is primarily focused on working on-site at customers, combined with working from home and monthly Customer Success meetings at our office in Zoetermeer.
Working hours: 36 or 40 hours per week.
A company car or mobility allowance is part of the benefits package.

Experience within healthcare, sales, customer success, or implementation is an extra advantage.

About the company & team
We are looking for an Implementation Consultant for our Customer Success & Sales team in Northeast Netherlands. In this role, you will primarily support existing customers in further expanding their use of Evondos products. You will guide implementations, provide training for healthcare teams, and build strong relationships that contribute to the successful and sustainable use of Medido. In doing so, you will work closely with the Account Manager, other Implementation Consultants, and colleagues within Evondos.
