As a Maintenance Engineer, you are responsible for ensuring the optimal operation of the electromechanical components of the Krammersluizen. You perform maintenance activities, analyze performance, and contribute to continuous improvements of the maintenance processes.

• Maintenance strategy:
  • Implementing/executing preventive and corrective maintenance strategies for electromechanical systems.
  • Evaluating and optimizing maintenance plans to maximize the availability and reliability of the infrastructure.
• Analysis and Optimization:
  • Analyzing maintenance data to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Initiating improvement projects to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance activities.
• Problem solving:
  • Diagnosing and resolving complex technical faults and problems.
  • Advising the team on technical solutions and best practices.
• Collaboration:
  • Working closely with the maintenance coordinator and the technical team to ensure the smooth execution of maintenance activities.
  • Coordinating with external suppliers and contractors for specialized maintenance tasks.
• Innovation:
  • Identifying opportunities for innovation and technological improvements within maintenance processes.
  • Applying the latest developments and technologies in the field of maintenance engineering.
