• Salary based on knowledge and work experience between €3,252 and €4,770 gross per month (FWG 45) based on 40 hours in accordance with the ZKN collective labor agreement

• An end-of-year bonus of 8.33% and holiday allowance of 8.33%

How you can make an impact as a Medical Customer Care Nurse

As a (telephone) Medical Customer Care Nurse at Bergman Clinics, you play a crucial role in continuing aftercare and increasing client satisfaction following surgeries. You are the first point of contact for clients with medical or nursing questions.

• Answering questions: You speak with clients by telephone when questions arise after a cosmetic procedure or treatment; where necessary, you provide additional explanation regarding wound care, pain management and/or lifestyle rules, thereby reassuring the client

• Triage and referral: For complex questions, you perform triage methodically, provide advice and information, and, where necessary, refer to the correct specialist or department within the clinic

• Administrative tasks: You record your findings from the triage in the Electronic Patient Record (EPR); in consultation with the doctor or PA, you save taken photos in the EPR; you also record made appointments in the correct manner in the EPR, so that the continuity of care remains guaranteed

• Signaling function: Within the division, we find it important that care processes run as efficiently as possible. We do this by streamlining these processes across the various clinics. Because you, as an MCC Nurse, have visibility across the different clinics, you signal possibilities and opportunities in this regard. You ensure that these opportunities reach the right people who can take further action with them

• Onboarding: During your onboarding period, you will shadow the nursing department, the ZKB, and the cosmetic department during consultation hours in Hilversum. This ensures that you acquire all necessary knowledge, can better assist clients with their questions, and build a strong bond with the department and the clinic. To maintain this connection, all MCC nurses work one shift per quarter at the nursing consultation hours.

What makes this position special?
You are an important point of contact for clients, even if the surgery took place up to 6 months ago. You ensure that clients are helped quickly and correctly, ensuring that Bergman Clinics always remains accessible. A major advantage of this position is that you have no night shifts. The working hours are from Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. On public holidays, the C&SC is closed, so you are off as well!
