Requirements

What we're looking for

  • HBO level of work and thinking in an IT field

  • At least three years of relevant experience with technical management of Microsoft 365 and Azure, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive

  • Experience with identity & access management, conditional access, and security measures within the Microsoft platform

  • Experience with PowerShell and automating management activities

Nice to have

  • Experience with building and managing Copilot agents is a plus

  • Preferably a relevant Microsoft certification, such as AZ-104, MS-102, or SC-300, or the willingness to obtain one

Languages

How you can make an impact as a Senior Microsoft 365 & Azure Specialist

You will join an experienced and driven IT team where your knowledge and ideas matter. You will be given a lot of freedom to implement improvements, research new technologies, and lead projects from start to finish.

Whether it is further developing our Microsoft 365 environment, improving security, or deploying automation: you are the one who sees opportunities and actually realizes them.

What you'll do

  • You manage and optimize our Microsoft 365 and Azure environment.

  • You support and advise colleagues and management on new possibilities within the Microsoft platform.

  • You are involved in building, testing, managing, and maintaining Copilot agents, including governance, authorizations, and lifecycle management.

  • You implement and improve modern workplace solutions using, among others, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Entra ID.

  • You automate management processes and increase the efficiency of our IT services.

You are an independent Microsoft cloud specialist who takes ownership of continuity, security, and quality. You work in a structured manner, analyze causes instead of just symptoms, and document solutions in a manageable way. You can clearly explain technical choices and work effectively with internal teams and external vendors.

You will join the Application Engineers team in Naarden. This team is responsible for the technical management and continuity of business-critical applications and platforms. Within the team, you are the point of contact for Microsoft 365 and Azure. You work together with other IT disciplines and vendors to keep the environment secure, reliable, and future-proof.
