The role
Build a future-proof healthcare organization together with HR by continuously investing in learning, leadership, and the capacity for change. In our growing organization, that is a significant challenge. How do we ensure that our people are well-trained and that everyone can develop? As a Learning & Development Specialist, you ensure that learning contributes visibly to our quality of care and employee satisfaction.
How you can make an impact as a Learning & Development Specialist
As a Learning & Development Specialist, you translate the L&D strategy of Bergman Clinics into concrete learning solutions and a solid L&D foundation. You are the connecting link between suppliers, HR business partners, and organization-wide learning ambitions. You bring structure, make sharp choices, and involve stakeholders in change through communication plans. In doing so, you contribute directly to professional competence, internal mobility, and the agility of our organization. Your work has a visible effect on both employees and clients.
What you'll do
Directing the annual training plan, including forecasting and monitoring.
Optimizing and scaling the training offering, including through systems such as LMS & AFAS.
You will contribute to a clear L&D foundation, including by streamlining supplier management and associated processes.
Independently identifying training needs and efficiently securing a solution that increases results within the organization.
Leading and coordinating learning and change projects, such as the Medical Specialists Academy, onboarding, and the optimization of digital learning processes.
What do you need to be successful in this role
You are an experienced Learning & Development Specialist who independently provides direction to learning and development within a complex organization. You have a clear vision of the field and know how to translate it into concrete initiatives that contribute to organizational goals. You understand what is happening in our clinics, recognize where the greatest development needs lie, and dare to both advise and critically challenge in this regard. Additionally, you switch smoothly between strategy, project management, and execution. You see change as a means to advance organizations and people, and you are open to continuous learning, both within and outside your field of expertise.
Experience in healthcare is not a requirement. On the contrary, we see the knowledge, insights, and best practices you bring from other sectors as a valuable addition. Of course, an affinity with healthcare will help you find your way quickly within our organization.
Are you doubting whether the position of Learning & Development Specialist suits you? Please feel free to contact us, we are happy to think along with you!
Where you will work
You will work at the Support Office of Bergman Clinics, together with a dedicated and expert HR team. You are part of the Recruitment & Development team, where we make the link between great solutions for the labor market, onboarding, and strengthening our employer brand as a training organization. Because: "working at Bergman Clinics makes you better" is for you to make true. You will see the direct effect of your work. The atmosphere is professional yet cozy, accessible, and focused on collaboration and improvement.
