Everyone deals with healthcare at some point. You therefore recognize that there is a great need in healthcare to make processes smarter, easier, and more user-friendly.
At Bergman Clinics, we believe that technology makes the difference in that. The mission of the Integrations team is simple: Make healthcare easier.
Easier for patients who want to be helped quickly and digitally. Easier for healthcare professionals who would rather spend their time on care than on administration. And easier for colleagues who depend daily on the right information at the right moment.
As an Integration Engineer, you play a key role in this. You ensure that systems, applications, data, and AI solutions work together seamlessly. Thanks to your work, innovation is not just conceived, but actually used. Our technology ensures that our colleagues can do their work efficiently and effectively!
You design, build, and improve integrations between our applications, healthcare systems, and digital products.
In doing so, you work on things such as:
APIs, connections, and automated processes;
modern integration platforms such as Frends iPaaS and Microsoft Power Platform;
AI and digital healthcare initiatives;
a future-proof integration landscape based on standards such as FHIR;
technical issues regarding performance and scalability;
the further development of our integration strategy;
you work closely with developers, architects, business analysts, and product teams, both at Bergman Clinics and with our partners. Together, you ensure that technology truly adds value for patients and employees.
You don't just build integrations. You ensure that the right information ends up exactly where it is needed. For patients, for colleagues, and increasingly also for automated processes that do their work independently.
With this, you are right in the middle of the digital innovation of healthcare. What still happens manually today can become smarter, faster, and easier tomorrow thanks to your work.
Bergman Clinics offers you a unique opportunity to grow into the go-to integration specialist within healthcare. You will work with modern technology, get to know the healthcare sector from the inside and out, and work together with teams in the Netherlands, Scandinavia, and Germany. The impact of what you build therefore reaches much further than one application or one clinic.
For example, you will work on:
· digital solutions that help patients find their way through their care trajectory faster and more easily;
· smart automations that make manual work unnecessary;
· AI solutions that securely and intelligently bring together information from different systems;
· a modern integration platform that allows new apps and digital innovations to go live faster;
· a future-proof integration landscape based on international standards such as HL7 FHIR;
In short: You make healthcare easier.
Good care begins with employees who can work pleasantly. That is why we are transparent about what you can expect.
In addition to a position in which you can learn a lot, make an impact, and help build the digital future of healthcare, we offer you good employment conditions that match your responsibility and development.
