• The ability to be resilient and work under pressure: our stores get busy and many customers need your attention and want it.

• Flexibility in availability is essential - shifts can vary from week to week, and we need your flexibility to cover different days and times during this busy period.

The holidays are coming - and we need you! Dr. Martens is getting ready for the holiday rush and we could use your help. We are looking for flexible part-time Sales Assistants to strengthen our team in our Maastricht store during the busy Christmas period, for 5 hours per week.

Our Sales Assistants are the backbone of our store during the hectic holiday season. Without them, we would not be able to provide the exceptional customer service that sets us apart.

Our Sales Assistants turn their passion for Dr. Martens into an unforgettable customer experience, so that our customers find exactly what they are looking for and leave our stores with a smile. • Use your passion for Dr. Martens to sell our product and achieve sales targets, so that the store meets its total sales objective in this fast-paced and busy retail period.
• Show your unique personality in the customer experience and create an excellent shopping experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Inspire!
• Handle cash transactions efficiently, in accordance with operational procedures.
• Follow operational procedures, such as processing deliveries and replenishing store stock in a timely manner.
• Show empathy, work well in a team, and offer support where needed.
