Senior Modern Workplace Engineer

• HBO level of work and thinking

• Minimum 5 years of experience within Modern Workplace environments

• Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, and Endpoint Management

• Knowledge of Purview, Security & Compliance, and modern workplace architectures

• Experience with migrations, implementations, and complex changes

• Strong communication skills. You have a good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.

• In possession of a B driver's license and willing to travel to client locations.

• Experience within an MSP environment is a plus

That is why we are looking for a Senior Modern Workplace Engineer who not only executes projects but actively contributes to the development of our services.

As a senior, you have influence over:

• the standards we apply

• the onboarding approach for new customers

• the deployment of new Microsoft functionalities

• the quality of our services

• the technical choices we make

You won't end up in an environment where everything has already been thought out. That is precisely why we are looking for someone who wants to build, improve, and provide direction.

Your role is a mix of projects, continuous development, and operations:

• Designing and implementing modern Microsoft workplaces

• Working with Microsoft 365, Intune, Endpoint Management, and Purview

• Executing migrations, onboardings, and complex changes

• Developing and improving standards and baselines

• Researching and applying new Microsoft functionalities

• Advising customers on workplace, security, and compliance issues

• Making, justifying, and communicating technical choices

• Contributing to innovation and the continuous development of our services

In addition to client projects, you will explicitly be given the space to further advance the services of Digital Survival Company.

At the same time, this includes the daily reality of an MSP: sometimes you have to switch gears quickly for an incident or a customer request. That combination makes the role varied; it's good to know that in advance.

You are technically strong, but that alone does not make you a senior. You take ownership. You see opportunities for improvement before others do and act on them. You are curious about new technology, share knowledge with colleagues, and help the organization move forward. You can guide customers through technical choices and understand when to advise, when to persuade, and when to draw a line. You are not someone who waits. You are someone who builds.

💰 Salary between €4,500 and €7,000 per month
