Senior Manager Cloud, Copilot & GenAI

• At least 8 years of experience in consultancy in the fields of IT, digitalization, cloud transformation, and technology-driven change.
• In-depth experience with cloud strategy, cloud implementations, and leading large-scale transformation programs within complex organizations.
• Experience in developing and delivering propositions and building sustainable relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
• A completed university master's degree, for example in Business & Information Management, Information Management, Innovation Management, Change Management, Business Administration, or similar.
• You understand the possibilities of AI, Copilot and Generative AI, critically assess AI outcomes and know how to translate them into practical and valuable solutions for clients.

As Senior Manager Cloud, Copilot & GenAI, you will play a leading role in guiding clients through their cloud and AI transformation. You will advise organizations on complex strategic issues surrounding Public Cloud, Microsoft Copilot, and Generative AI and ensure that technological innovations actually lead to measurable business value. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, build propositions, lead multidisciplinary teams, and actively contribute to the growth of our Cloud & AI practice within Capgemini Invent.

• Developing and implementing cloud, Copilot, and GenAI strategies that drive innovation, adoption, and acceleration within organizations.
• Designing new business and operating models centered around cloud technology and AI. Leading large-scale cloud transformations, including datacenter exit strategies, migration programs, landing zones, operating model transformations, and Centers of Excellence.
• Advising CxOs and senior management on strategic investments in cloud, data, and AI technologies.
• Leading complex migration journeys, from assessment and inventory to execution and post-migration optimization.
• Performing cloud architecture, resilience, and optimization assessments for public and hybrid cloud environments.
• Coaching consultants and managers, contributing to thought leadership, and developing new propositions around Cloud, Copilot, and Generative AI.
