The role

In this position, as a working student, you will be part of the Employment Law section. The section consists of ten lawyers who work closely together and share a passion for employment law. Our employment law lawyers advise employers on reorganizations, works council processes, collective labor agreement negotiations, equal treatment cases, acquisitions, and individual employment disputes. They also litigate extensively in large and often high-profile appeals and cassation cases. Our Employment Law section operates at the top of the market, as confirmed by the rankings in The Legal 500 and Chambers Europe. This goes hand in hand with an informal working atmosphere where there is plenty of laughter.

As a working student, you will participate across the full spectrum of employment law practice. You will research legally interesting issues, participate in (section) meetings, and attend hearings. Additionally, you are very welcome to join our social office activities. In short, you will get the opportunity to gain valuable practical experience, further develop your legal knowledge, and simultaneously get to know our employment law section.

In this role, you will be actively guided by our experienced employment law lawyers. You will be encouraged to develop yourself within employment law and challenged to get the best out of yourself!

Hiring process

Are you the dedicated working student we are looking for? Then send us your application documents via the application form on our website. Do you want to know more about this vacancy?
