Civil Engineering Groundworker in the Netherlands

• The salary for this position is the gross guaranteed wage according to job group C: €3,398.40 per 4-week period (based on 40 hours), depending on your education and relevant work experience;

• In addition, you can count on a performance bonus per period, depending on your work experience;

• On top of your salary, a fixed amount for the Sustainable Employability Budget is added for things that contribute to staying healthy and motivated (4.51% according to the Construction & Infra collective labor agreement);

• 48 vacation days per year according to the Construction & Infra collective labor agreement. The value of 18 of these days is deposited into the Time Savings Fund;

• A smartphone;

• Excellent secondary employment conditions such as standard insurance for all employee risks, pension schemes, an extra supplement in case of disability, and a contribution towards trade union membership;

• You will be provided with a company car and travel hours will be reimbursed according to the collective labor agreement;

This will be your job

As a Civil Engineering Groundworker, you are responsible for performing various earthworks, such as digging trenches, installing sewers, and assisting with the placement of formwork and pipes. You have an eye for quality and safety and work accurately according to the applicable guidelines. Are you a team player with a hands-on mentality and experience in the civil engineering sector?
