The role
What you'll do
You will be part of our financial team, which consists of 6 people. Within this team, everyone is responsible for their own package of tasks. Checking the time registration is a weekly recurring part of your duties. Working accurately and having an eye for detail are important here. Additionally, you will perform investigative tasks relating to the accounts payable administration and set up new suppliers to support purchasing. You will also take over a number of tasks from our executive secretary that are more secretarial or facility-oriented in nature.
A glimpse of your weekly activities:
checking the time registration of our colleagues;
handling accounts payable invoices that are not processed automatically;
entering and updating supplier data;
answering the telephone and doorbell;
ordering office supplies and similar items;
contact with facility suppliers;
helping to keep the reception and lunch area tidy.
To be successful in this versatile job, it is important that you can prioritize well and switch easily between different tasks. Sometimes you will need your full attention for an investigative task, while at other times there is time for a chat and a laugh.
