As a QA/QC Manager, you have broad responsibility. That is why we find it important that communication and escalation lines are short and clear. You translate the central QA/QC policy of Ballast Nedam into the daily practice of Ballast Nedam Regional Infra. For this, it is important that you are open to questions and challenges from the various departments (think of Work Preparation, Execution, and Project Management). With practical, workable solutions, you create greater support from the field.

Continuously, you promote QA/QC at all levels of the organization. Sometimes in a creative way, sometimes a direct approach is necessary. From a process management perspective, you have a continuous eye for the improvement of existing processes and their documentation and assurance. Because of this, we are increasingly better able to maintain an overview of the large number of quality agreements and standards for our projects. You assist the process owner in preparing audits and attend them yourself on a regular basis. For executive tasks, you are supported by our junior QA/QC employee. You share your professional knowledge with him and guide him in his professional development.
