Senior Site Management Coordinator

• Salary from € 5,170 to € 6,553 gross per 4 weeks (€ 5,600 to € 7,100 gross per month) based on full-time employment;

As a Senior Site Management Coordinator at Hurks in Eindhoven, you are responsible for the optimal preparation and organization of construction projects. You draw up and monitor site layouts, schedules, and construction costs. With your knowledge and enthusiasm, you engage colleagues in your approach and contribute to successful project results.

You have a versatile role in which you make a difference every day.

• You sharply map out project risks and translate them into smart site layouts;

• You work within an integrated project team on project tenders and, together with your colleagues, determine the optimal construction methodology and approach;

• You develop construction schedules, site layouts, and cost estimates, both independently and in collaboration with colleagues;

• You are regularly present on the construction site to further increase your knowledge and incorporate practical lessons into future projects;

• You are up to date with the latest developments in the field of equipment thanks to frequent contact with our own equipment department and various crane companies;

• You are the first point of contact for municipalities regarding BLVC plans;

• You actively contribute to the sustainability ambitions of Hurks and make an important contribution to the development of the Green Construction Site.

In addition, you assist in the preparation of complex projects and are involved in innovations, such as new equipment and applications like a masonry robot. You contribute to various projects (including offices, residential construction, apartments, and hospitals). You often work within a construction team, with plenty of room for your own input and a focus on sustainability and safety.

• HBO or WO education, preferably in the field of Civil Engineering;

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience within the construction sector;

• Strong collaboration skills and a structured way of working;

• Experience with software and systems such as AutoCAD, planning programs, and Excel;

• Technical knowledge of construction processes and execution;

• Good command of the Dutch language.
