Technical Manager

• HBO level of work and thinking (preferably Civil Engineering or similar)
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Leader within infra-related projects
• Experience with Construction Teams, UAV-GC, and RAW contracts
• Affinity with integrated projects where roads and concrete meet and multidisciplinary collaboration with construction partners
• A strong network of collaboration partners, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• Fluent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written

Are you a result-oriented Technical Manager with a passion for variety, ownership, and control? • Area development Stationsgebied Zuid Eindhoven (Knoop XL)
• High-quality public transport (HOV) projects in the region
• Framework agreement for Variable Works (ROK VW) Rijkswaterstaat
• High-voltage projects for TenneT
• Road structure Eindhoven Noord West, BIC ASML Underpass A58
• Small-scale construction teams for private clients and municipalities in the region

As a Technical Manager (IPM), you are responsible for work packages up to €10,000,000, or as a Project Leader, you hold ultimate responsibility for a project up to €5,000,000. You lead an execution team and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Safety is always central: you actively involve the client, the team, and construction partners to continuously improve together. You monitor the budget closely, adjust where necessary, and ensure a successful and high-quality delivery with your team. Additionally, you contribute ideas for process optimization and innovation, making a valuable contribution to the future-proofing and efficiency of our projects.

In addition to your role as Technical Manager / Project Leader, you are also closely involved in the development of our Eindhoven office. You make an important contribution to building the team and mentoring younger colleagues. You identify opportunities, maintain client contacts, think more in terms of tenders, and translate your substantive knowledge into suitable solutions for potential clients.
