From the first site visit to completion, there lies your result: You ensure that people, planning, and execution come together at the right time.
As a New Construction Elevator Supervisor, you will guide approximately 75 projects per year in the Eindhoven region. On average, you will be on-site 4 days per week and spend 1 day on preparation, planning, and internal coordination.
This means you are close to the execution, communicate frequently with contractors and technicians, and see the direct result of your work.
Your role
No two days or projects are the same. One morning you might walk a construction site with a site manager to assess if everything is ready for installation. Later that day, you might discuss progress with a technician or solve a bottleneck together with colleagues.
You do not need to have all the answers yourself. Precisely as a Supervisor, you know whom to involve, when to coordinate, and how to ensure a project moves forward. This combination gives you a lot of freedom, variety, and ownership.
More importantly, you are decisive, accessible, and solution-oriented. You address people when necessary, but also know how to create collaboration.
What do you get from us?
Do you recognize yourself in a large part of this profile, but not in everything? Then please apply. We look not only at your current experience, but also at what you can learn and contribute.
You work on dozens of projects that you actually see being created. You walk onto a construction site where work is still in full swing and later see a fully installed elevator that is delivered safely and according to agreement. There lies your result: You have ensured that people, planning, and execution came together at the right time.
Ready for your next project? Do you want to spend a lot of time outdoors, carry responsibility for your own projects, and work in a role where technology, construction, and people come together? Then we would love to meet you!
