Construction Process Manager

As a Process Manager, you ensure that processes, information, and collaboration within the project run optimally. You combine the role of senior site planner with a strong focus on process control, sustainability, and quality assurance.

• You coordinate and monitor the process from DO to TO and UO, ensuring a smooth transition between all project phases.

• You are responsible for sustainability processes, including BREEAM, WELL, and monitoring waste streams.

• You manage the Document Management System (DMS), SharePoint, and ensure up-to-date and complete project documentation.

• You coordinate extra and reduced work, direct deliveries, revision documents, and the sampling list.

• You participate in construction meetings and coordination meetings and monitor the follow-up of actions and agreements.

• You ensure a correct handover to aftercare and keep project data, reports, and address files up to date.

• In addition to the process-related responsibility, you are also substantively involved in site planning. You independently manage site planning files and direct a junior site planner in this process.

• You are part of the project management team and contribute to the implementation and safeguarding of the HSE system within the project organization.
