Investment Analyst

As an Investment Analyst, you will work directly with our investment team and gain practical experience in real estate investments, financial structures, and strategic decisions at the highest level.

You will be actively involved in evaluating and executing real estate investments across our extensive and rapidly growing development portfolio. From day one, you will contribute to real projects and support the investment team in making well-informed investment decisions.

Investment Analyst:

• Assisting in the underwriting of new acquisitions and developments

• Creating and maintaining financial models

• Performing market and competitor analyses

• Supporting research, including the review of technical, legal, and commercial documentation

• Preparing investment memos and presentations for internal approval

  Investment Management:

• Supporting the tracking and optimization of investment performance

• Supporting the renewal of business plans and budgets

• Analyzing leasing performance and the composition of the current tenant base

• Tracking and reviewing operational KPIs and service charge structures

• Maintaining relationships with property managers, advisors, and other stakeholders

  General:

• Preparing documentation for reports and internal meetings

• Supporting project data and documentation

• Contributing to ad-hoc analyses on various projects

• Revenue analyses for various projects and product types

We are looking for a highly motivated analyst to strengthen our team regarding current acquisitions, developments, and investment management activities.

• Master's student or final year Bachelor's student in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or Business Administration

• Strong analytical skills and an interest in real estate investment

• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modeling is a plus

• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
