Process Coordinator

• You have completed a technical or economic HBO (higher professional education) or WO (university) degree;

• Experience within infra and at least 5 years of demonstrable experience with process management;

• You possess good communication skills and demonstrate leadership and ownership.

• The salary for this position is between €4,291.63 and €6,256.71 gross per month (based on 40 hours)*, excluding 8% holiday allowance. The exact salary depends on your knowledge, level, and work experience.

• On top of salary comes a fixed amount for the Sustainable Employability Budget for things that contribute to staying healthy and motivated (2.3% according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement).

• With an eye on a long-term relationship, we offer you an indefinite contract immediately.

• 43 leave days according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement. Of these days, 13 are paid out in your individual budget; you can choose to buy these days back;

• A laptop and a smartphone.

As an experienced process coordinator, you ensure that our projects are executed in a controlled, predictable, and demonstrably agreed-upon manner. By designing processes smartly, making risks transparent, and continuously improving, you help project teams to be successful. You are not just a process guardian, but above all a connector who makes projects and the organization one step better every day.

This will be your job
You set up project structures and information management and apply Systems Engineering within projects. In doing so, you use tools such as SharePoint and Relatics and ensure that project information is reliable, complete, and accessible. You draw up quality plans and project-specific management systems and ensure an efficient setup of processes and working methods. Additionally, you support projects in managing risks and opportunities. You organize and facilitate risk and opportunity sessions, assist in setting up planning structures, and monitor the progress of verification and validation activities through to delivery.

You are also responsible for the preparation, coordination, and guidance of internal and external audits. You ensure that findings are not only resolved but also lead to structural improvements within the organization. You translate project experiences, audit results, and lessons learned into practical improvement initiatives that are widely applied.

In addition to your role within projects, you make an important contribution to the further development of our organization. You are active within the Process Management professional group, in which you collaborate with process coordinators from other Dura Vermeer companies on the standardization and further development of processes, quality management, and project control.
