What we're looking for

A completed HBO (higher professional education) degree, in the direction of HIT, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering;
Several years of experience within installation technology;
Knowledge of both mechanical and electrical installations;
Experience with calculations and cost assessments is a plus;
You are communicatively strong and a full-fledged interlocutor for advisors, installers, and internal stakeholders;
You are analytical, critical, and know how to make commercial trade-offs;
You can switch between strategic thinking and practical action.

Nice to have

Preferably experience gained at an installation company;

What you'll get

Salary from € 3.600.- to € 5.200- gross per 4 weeks (€ 3..900- € 5.633,- gross per month) based on a full-time employment);

The role

As an Installation Coordinator at Hurks in Eindhoven, you will be involved in residential and commercial projects from the initiation phase. You will advise on installation technology choices, assess offers, and ensure that Hurks has the right installation partners at the table.

You are an important sparring partner for developers, project teams, advisors, and installers. In doing so, you look not only at technology, but specifically also at costs, quality, risks, and feasibility.

What you'll do

Advising on the scope and optimization of mechanical and electrical installations.
Assessing installation concepts for residential and commercial projects.
Making cost trade-offs and testing budgets for E and W installations.
Screening and assessing offers from installers for market conformity.
Sparring with advisors and installation partners to arrive at the most efficient and economically attractive integral solution for construction and installation technology for Hurks.
Thinking along about the selection of installation partners during tender and quotation processes.
Supporting project teams with installation technology issues during realization.
Identifying risks, opportunities, and optimizations within projects.
Possibly supporting the management and coordination of installers on ongoing projects, so that quality, planning, and costs remain better manageable.
