Construction Project Manager

As a Sites & Buildings Project Manager, you lead a project team responsible for large and small projects within an industrial environment. You combine your knowledge and experience with a strong presence in daily practice. You are a hands-on project manager who is substantively involved in all aspects, coordinates with all stakeholders, and acts as a backup for other team members where necessary.

From the very first initiative, you are responsible for the management of your projects, ensuring a clear scope, a realistic schedule, tight budget monitoring, and a well-functioning system of checks & balances. In doing so, you maintain focus on the progress and quality of decision-making, the management of risks, and the safeguarding of safety, compliance, and continuity.

In this role, you work on projects with a large impact, such as new construction and building expansions, as well as smaller adjustments to processes in the factories and other business-critical investments. You maintain an eye for sustainability, complex permitting processes, and coordination with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

You are able to set the course, bring people along, and simultaneously provide space to the professionals in your team. You drive for collaboration, results, and ownership. You know when to delegate and when you must step in yourself.
