Civil Engineering Internship in Rotterdam

As an Intern, you can look forward to an unforgettable time. In this educational internship, you will contribute to our construction projects and gain a special insight into the practical business world. Your permanent mentor is an experienced colleague within the specific field, for example, a project manager, work preparer, or site manager. This is your unique chance to work on large, complex (high-rise) construction projects in the Rotterdam, The Hague and/or Utrecht region.

A small selection of your activities may include:

• You create and monitor the schedule;

• You create and check the drawings;

• You keep an eye on whether the activities are proceeding as discussed;

• You have contact with colleagues and subcontractors: is everyone adhering to the agreements?

• You come up with solutions if things cannot proceed entirely according to plan.

• You are following an MBO or HBO education in Civil Engineering or Built Environment

• You are looking for a working internship for approximately 5 months, 5 days per week;

• You speak fluent Dutch and easily establish contact with your colleagues;

• You are able to be present at our construction projects and/or office at your own convenience;

• You take initiative, are curious, and dare to ask questions.

• An internship allowance of € 503,- (MBO) / € 603,- (HBO) per four weeks;

• A company laptop with access to all the information you need;

• Your own workspace within our location;
