Civil Project Coordinator

• You have an HBO (higher professional education) level of work and thinking, and preferably a completed education in civil engineering or GWW (earthworks, water management, and infrastructure); 

• You can independently prepare and supervise infrastructural projects in technical and organizational areas; 

• You are a strong communicator and know how to switch effectively between different levels, from colleagues to clients and partners; 

• You look beyond your own tasks and maintain an overview of the bigger picture; 

• You enjoy thinking along about the organization, structure, and improvement of projects;

This is what we offer you 

• The salary for this position is between € 4,291.63 and € 6,256.72 gross per month (based on 40 hours), excluding 8% holiday allowance. The exact salary depends on your knowledge, level, and work experience.  

• On top of the salary, there is a fixed amount for the Sustainable Employability Budget for things that contribute to staying healthy and motivated (2.3% according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement).  

• With a view to a long-term relationship, we offer you a permanent contract immediately.

A good project begins with good preparation. As a civil project coordinator, you ensure that technical solutions, planning, and execution align well with each other.

This will be your job
Within this role, you will work on various projects in the region. You are involved from the initial preparation through to execution and play an important role in finding practical and technical solutions. One of the projects you will work on is "Anders Realiseren" for Enexis. Over the next three years, we are realizing three medium-voltage stations in Boxmeer, Halsteren, and Helmond. With these projects, we make an important contribution to the energy transition. The projects combine civil engineering and utility construction.

In your role, you provide a strong foundation. You draw up work budgets and project schedules, translate client requests into technical solutions, and independently organize design sessions to arrive at the best approach. You also think along integrally with (sub)contractors and handle procurement. During execution, you remain involved in the project. You have a lot of contact with the site manager and ensure that changes, additional and reduced work, and costs are properly tracked.

You will work in the team of Dura Vermeer Infra Regional Projects South East. There is plenty of room for initiative in this team, and if you have ideas, we would love to hear them! You will also get the chance from us to develop in areas where your passion lies. Our regional office is located in Den Bosch, but the region covers all of East Brabant and Limburg. It is a plus if you live centrally in the region, as we need you on various projects.
