The role

Are you that enthusiastic Material Planner who wants to join our team in bringing a new generation of industrial heat pumps and cooling compressors to the market? Will you help our customers become sustainable with our energy-efficient and CO2-free solutions?

What you'll do

As a Material Planner, you are responsible for achieving an optimal inventory level for a selected set of materials consisting of stock-driven parts and ensuring the timely availability of customer order-driven purchased parts.

What will you do?

  • Daily consultation with sales, production, and logistics to determine the optimal production plan.

  • Monitoring the lead time of planned customer orders and reservations based on available capacity.

  • Creating production schedules for customer orders in our ERP system.

  • Releasing customer orders after checking material availability

  • Monitoring optimal inventory levels and applying SMART production planning.

  • Operational procurement of materials.

  • Management of article changes

  • Maintaining logistical parameters and KPIs in Axapta.

  • Analyzing and reporting on logistical performance.

  • Involvement in the design and implementation of Lean Supply Chain processes.

  • Collaborating with and supporting direct colleagues in the warehouse and the shipping department.
