What you'll do

As a Mobility Desk Employee, you are the linchpin in the delivery and collection of cars. You help lease drivers make a choice. For those with a permanent contract, that might be a brand-new car; for the employee with a temporary contract, it will be Short Lease. You know exactly which rules apply to which customer. Together with your colleagues, you are ready every day to provide fast service to our lease drivers. You do this via telephone, email, WhatsApp, and live chat. In addition to customer contact, you also maintain the administration. The appointments you make must also be clear to your colleagues. This way, together you ensure optimal service and smooth coordination.

What do you bring?

MBO-4 level/HBO working and thinking level;
Work experience in a service-oriented environment is a plus;
Service- and commercially oriented attitude;
Excellent communication skills;
Team spirit; Ambition and drive to further develop yourself;
Talent for multitasking.
