Process Operator 5-Shifts

As a process operator at Aviko Rixona, you can play an indispensable role in our dynamic processing department! This department consists of a large team of approximately 60 colleagues, divided into 5 shifts.

Our processing department never stands still, with continuous automation, personal development, and TPM constantly changing production. You will therefore get a varied and challenging job, where no two days are the same.

• You operate the equipment, monitor the process flow, and take action when deviations occur
• As the owner of the production line, you manage your process in such a way that you achieve the best yield from the line and, in addition, ensure the quality of the products
• As a quality guardian, you ensure top products through accurate control
• You have control over the supporting processes, such as energy and residual flows
• You resolve malfunctions and carry out smaller maintenance tasks independently
• In addition to regular duties, you are also actively working on optimization proposals regarding the production process and actively participate in improvement teams
