Do you want to work in a modern production environment where safety, technology, and circularity come together? For our refinery in Rotterdam-Europoort, we are looking for a process operator who, together with a dedicated team, ensures a safe, stable, and efficient production process.

As a process operator, you are responsible for ensuring the production process runs safely, efficiently, and reliably. You operate and monitor the installation both outside in the plant and from the control room. You keep a close eye on process conditions and product quality, signal deviations, and intervene in a timely manner.

You work in a small and close-knit team within a full continuous five-shift roster according to a 2-2-2 system. Safety, cooperation, and clear communication are always the top priority.

• You operate, monitor, and adjust the production process.
• You perform operational tasks according to established procedures and guidelines to ensure safety and product quality.
• You take process samples for quality control and signal any deviations in a timely manner.
• You assist in preparing equipment for maintenance work and perform simple maintenance if necessary.
• You record process data carefully and maintain logs and reports.
• You proactively signal and report (near-) incidents regarding safety, environment, or other peculiarities.
• You ensure a clear and structured handover to the next shift.
• You actively collaborate in a small, close-knit team and contribute to improvements within the operation.
