Process Operator

• You have an MBO 3/4 working and thinking level.

• You possess a technical education and/or a completed Vapro B training is a plus.

• You have experience in a process-oriented production environment, preferably in the food/dairy industry.

• You have knowledge of ISO, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and Environment Health & Safety (EHS).

• You master the Dutch language in speech and writing, English is a plus.

• You have a hands-on mentality and function well in a team.

As a Process Operator in the 5-shift system, you are responsible for the daily progress of production within our Liquid Processing & Spray Drying process, in such a way that production is realized according to schedule and within established guidelines, procedures, and standards. In doing so, safety, quality, innovation, and ethics are highly valued by the organization.

• Compliance with safety and quality policies.

• Operating and monitoring the automated production and cleaning processes.

• Receiving, weighing, and adding raw materials.

• Administering consumption data in the automated systems and logsheets.

• Maintaining process data on logsheets.

• Performing CIPs and COPs and general cleaning activities.

• Taking samples for quality administration purposes.

• Testing samples and interpreting test results.

• Efficiently performing your own tasks.
