The role
We are looking for a process operator at Abbott Weesp!
What you'll do
- Performing visual inspections on incoming materials and checking for quality and integrity.
- Performing process controls and recording results according to applicable procedures.
- Operating machines according to safety, quality, and operational standards and contributing to a high-quality end product.
- Identifying malfunctions and taking immediate action to resolve problems.
- Preparing work activities by, for example, checking the availability of materials.
- Structurally recording process data, KPIs, and relevant quality information.
- Providing technical guidance to operators in training and supporting colleagues in their development.
- Providing on-the-job training and technical coaching in coordination with the team leader.
