Soil Project Leader

Salary indication: €4,000 to €7,000

Within the Soil team at Aveco de Bondt, there is now a great opportunity in which you make a difference for our clients and direct colleagues. A role that you fulfill from our office in Eindhoven, from home, or at one of the project locations.

You will work on diverse projects as a Soil Project Manager. With your experience, you know everything about soil investigations and remediation advice, which makes you a good sparring partner for our clients and a good mentor for our juniors. You always work together with at least one colleague on a project and often also with other teams within Aveco de Bondt, such as the Structures and Geohydrology teams.

Work arrangement: In the office in Eindhoven (Hybrid work possible)

Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week

Last year, a special training program was established for our upcoming soil specialists. The program lasts one and a half years, during which juniors meet regularly and work on assignments under the guidance of experienced colleagues. In these assignments, a different soil topic is central each time. We hope that you, as an expert, can make a great contribution to the training program!

One of our projects is the Spoorzone in Tilburg. There, a former NS workshop is being transformed into a live-work area while preserving the old buildings. This project has been running for some 15 years. Aveco de Bondt has been involved since 2013. In addition, we are also working on the remediation works at the Paleiskwartier in Den Bosch, which is also being transformed into a live-work area. In Arnhem, we are working on the development of Meinerswijk, where, among other things, a former shipyard is being transformed into a new residential district. Want to know more?
