Role description:
As an MEP Building Surveyor, you will be part of the Transactional Services team. The team has national and international Lenders & Investors (L&I) clients and works on projects in the Netherlands, but sometimes also abroad. For international portfolios, you will work together with colleagues from Europe and the UK. The field of work is dynamic and often involves short deadlines. Therefore, collaboration, helping each other, and having fun are top priorities for the team.

In your role, you will perform Technical Due Diligence (TDD) investigations together with colleagues and you will know how to assess (building-related) installations on their technical condition and compliance with laws and regulations, and you will map out CAPEX investments. You will report the results clearly and concretely in English according to our Arcadis European standards.
