Senior Consultant MEP

• You hold a completed HBO or WO degree in a technical field (e.g., MEP engineering, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering).
• 0 to approximately 8+ years of relevant work experience in MEP advisory and/or the realization of construction projects;
• Affinity with maintenance, renovation, inspections, and cost expertise;
• A goal-oriented, pragmatic, and quality-conscious working attitude;
• A sense of responsibility and a proactive attitude;
• Experience with (or interest in) multidisciplinary collaboration;
• The ability to combine technical content with commercial interests;
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English;
• A driver's license is a plus, as some work locations are less easily accessible by public transport.

As an MEP Advisor, you play a crucial role in this.

As an MEP Advisor, you will be part of the Building Consultancy Team and advise owners and users of (commercial) real estate at a strategic and technical level. Depending on your experience and seniority, you will receive more autonomy, more complex issues, and a larger advisory role towards clients.

Your duties include:

• Advising on MEP technical issues during (re)development and new construction;
• Supporting and advising on purchase and sale transactions, second opinions, and refinancings;
• Performing monitoring and quality controls;
• Drafting maintenance plans and maintenance advice;
• Drafting technical descriptions and specifications;
• Guiding tenders for execution works;
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and safeguarding both technical and commercial interests.

You advise at the desired level of detail, appropriate to the issue and the phase of the project. You are a true linchpin and know how to bring together the interests of different parties to achieve the best result.

• You switch effortlessly between analysis, reporting, on-site inspections, and consultation with project teams;
