As a Proposal Engineer Building Management Systems, you translate complex customer questions into smart technical solutions and compelling proposals.

You lay the technical and financial foundation for projects ranging from € 250,000 to more than € 8 million.

• You analyze tenders, customer inquiries, and project information.
• Subsequently, you develop solutions that align with the technical and commercial objectives of the project.
• You perform calculations for complex Building Management System projects.
• You determine material requirements, engineering effort, execution hours, and external costs.
• With this, you ensure a realistic project price and a strong offer.
• You are an important sparring partner for sales.
