• You will go out into the rural area and conduct conversations with owners, tenants, and users of land.
• You organize access permissions and support agreements regarding temporary use, access roads, work sites, easements, and crop damage.
• You record agreements carefully and ensure that files are complete, understandable, and traceable.
• You collaborate with project leaders, legal experts, GIS/tooling, administration, and colleagues in the field.
• You identify concerns or bottlenecks early and help to make them discussable in a professional manner.
• You contribute to projects regarding energy, cables and pipelines, water safety, infrastructure, and area development.

As a Land Affairs Advisor, you are the face of Arcadis in the field. You conduct conversations with landowners, tenants, and other stakeholders, build trust, and ensure that agreements regarding land use are made and recorded carefully. You work on projects within the energy transition, infrastructure, water safety, and area development, where stakeholder management, relationship management, and clear communication are central. Experience with land affairs is a plus, but not a requirement; we will teach you the subject matter, you bring the right attitude, communication skills, and affinity with the rural area.

You will join the Ruimte voor Vooruitgang team, a growing team within Land Affairs & Real Estate that combines professional expertise with smart processes, quality assurance, and stakeholder-oriented working. Within Arcadis, you will be given the space to further develop yourself through a clear onboarding, professional guidance, and learning in practice. Knowledge of land affairs is a plus, but not a requirement; curiosity, communication skills, and the right attitude are more important to us.

• You feel at home in the rural area and understand how important land, use, business operations, and trust are.
• You are a good listener, ask clear questions, and remain calm when interests diverge.
• You are practical, careful, and reliable: an agreement is an agreement.
• You enjoy being on the road and conducting conversations independently.
• Knowledge of land affairs, agricultural business operations, legal agreements, or real estate is a plus, but not a requirement.
• Experience in, for example, agricultural services, real estate agency, land management, sales, environmental management, or field work fits well with this position.
• You have a B driver's license; mobility is important for work in the field.
