Planning & Order Management: You manage orders in SAP and plan transports (urgent and returns). You use IoT data (for remotely monitored customers) to predict needs, anticipate potential shortages, and optimize trips with the planning tool Smartour.
Logistical Execution & Support: You coordinate with our filling stations, align with customer service, and prepare transport documents for the drivers.
Administrative Follow-up: You process trip data in SAP, check the accuracy of transport data to prevent invoicing errors, and analyze deliveries.
Safety & Quality: You oversee compliance with transport legislation and internal safety rules (such as axle loads and cargo securing). You participate in driver meetings and audits.
Communication: You are the hub between drivers, carriers, Customer Service, Sales, and filling stations to resolve changes, bottlenecks, or customer situations quickly and smoothly.

Education & Experience: You have a completed Bachelor's degree (preferably in the field of Logistics) and 3 to 5 years of experience in distribution or road transport.
System Knowledge: Experience with SAP and advanced route planning software (such as Smartour) is a major plus. Additionally, you work fluently with Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets).
Knowledge: Preferably, you have knowledge of the transport of dangerous goods (ADR) and quality standards.
Personality:
You are stress-resistant and can switch quickly during daily deadlines and ad-hoc changes.
You possess strong communication skills and are a true team player.
You have an analytical mindset, an eye for detail, and work in a result-oriented manner.
