• Planning and Scheduling: You develop and maintain detailed maintenance schedules. You do this by accurately mapping out tasks, milestones, critical paths, and required resources (personnel, materials, equipment).

• Progress Monitoring: You continuously monitor the progress of the planned activities, signal deviations, and report these to management. In doing so, you monitor progress through KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to objectively measure and analyze the performance of the activities.

• Resource Management: You coordinate and optimize the deployment of resources to guarantee the most efficient execution possible. You anticipate bottlenecks and propose solutions.

• Communication: You maintain close contact with various stakeholders, including work preparers, engineers, and external parties. You communicate clearly about schedules, changes, and potential risks.

• Risk Management: You identify potential risks that could affect the schedule and develop mitigating measures.

• Optimization: You analyze the effectiveness of schedules and processes, and proactively propose improvements to increase efficiency and reliability.

• Reporting: You generate periodic reports and dashboards regarding the status of the maintenance activities.

You are joining at a crucial moment. We are looking for a planner with the drive to build up and professionalize the planning structure from the ground up (further). You are responsible for creating and monitoring detailed schedules for maintenance activities and technical (shutdown-related) projects.

As a Maintenance Scheduler/Planner, you are responsible for creating, monitoring, and adjusting detailed schedules for our maintenance activities and/or technical (shutdown-related) projects. You ensure that resources are deployed optimally and that deadlines are met, thereby contributing directly to the success of our organization.

The challenge: You will be given the freedom and responsibility to optimize processes and take the level of planning to the 'next level'.

• Important: Good command of the Dutch and English languages.

• A completed technical or business administration education at minimum MBO+ or HBO level.

• Demonstrable experience (minimum 3 years) as a scheduler or similar role within a technical or industrial environment.

• In-depth knowledge of planning tools and methodologies.

• You demonstrate ownership and have the ambition to raise the department to a higher level. You see a 'startup phase' as an opportunity, not as an obstacle.
