The Account Manager for Respiratory Care is responsible for the company's growth within healthcare institutions in the assigned region. In this role, the account manager is expected to grow the company by:
Developing existing customers by maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, managers, nurses, and procurement officers, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Identifying potential healthcare institutions and converting them into new customers by understanding their needs and leveraging our core offering and our unique selling points.
Build trust and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and growth.
Conduct regular customer visits to understand their needs, offer solutions, and identify opportunities.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and comments.
Oversee the smooth implementation and follow-up of operational processes with existing customers.
Identify and target potential new customers, identifying key stakeholders, including physicians, managers, nurses, and procurement staff.
Define, develop, and execute sales strategies to convert potential institutions into new customers.
Present and demonstrate the added value of our offerings to potential customers.
Negotiate and close deals with potential customers.
Monitor and report on sales performance using Salesforce; understand customers and market conditions/developments/trends.
Define, monitor, and adjust customer goals and action plans based on data and performance.
Maintain a clear overview of the market to identify competitors, trends, and opportunities.
Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer needs and market insights.
You report directly to the Respiratory Business Unit Manager. You collaborate on new offerings, process optimization, and customer strategy.
You work together with VitalAire nurses, O2 care drivers, and the customer service team to ensure excellent customer service.
You work closely with the marketing team to develop new offerings, improve digital products, implement promotional materials and campaigns, and provide input for new product features and improvements.
