Account Manager Primary Care

As an Account Manager Primary Care, you will advise and connect your regional GP organizations (RHOs), RESVs, and paramedical networks to strengthen digital collaboration via ZorgDomein and Boards. With your commercial drive and vision for the healthcare field, you will make a direct social and regional impact!

You bridge the gap between regional primary care organizations and our digital solutions to make healthcare more efficient and accessible.
What will you do?

• You build and maintain structural, multilevel collaborative relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders within RHOs, RESVs, and paramedical networks. You draw up regional account plans and ensure that ZorgDomein and Boards are structurally on the agenda.

• You realize commercial growth by advising customers on suitable solutions and effectively guiding complex decision-making processes. Consultative selling forms the basis of your approach.

• You stay close to customers and the market, allowing you to identify trends, customer needs, and strategic developments early and translate them into opportunities for ZorgDomein and its customers.

• You represent ZorgDomein and Boards at regional meetings, networking events, and gatherings. By enthusiastically engaging stakeholders about the possibilities of our platforms and sharing knowledge about current developments, you contribute to strengthening regional collaboration.

Your goal:
Within 6 months, you will have a clear picture of the primary care organizations in your region and will be working with concrete account plans. You know where the current opportunities lie and steadily build the anchoring of ZorgDomein and Boards on the regional agenda.

• You possess a HBO (higher professional education) level of working and thinking (preferably in a commercial or business administration direction).

• You have 5 to 8 years of work experience in account management, preferably within healthcare or healthcare IT.

• You have extensive experience with consultative selling, drafting regional account plans, and independently conducting contract negotiations.

• You are strong at translating customer needs and market developments into concrete commercial opportunities and agreements.

• Leave: We do not record your vacation days. We assume a basis of 25 leave days (based on 40 hours) per year.
