Financial Administrative Assistant

• Employment: A challenging position for 32 to 40 hours per week.

• Salary: Between € 4,000 and € 4,500 (based on full-time employment / 40 hours).

• Pension: A pension scheme fully paid by ZorgDomein (6% premium).

• Leave: We do not record your vacation days. We assume a basis of 25 leave days (based on 40 hours) per year.

Your role in the Finance Team of the future
The financial world is changing at a high pace due to the rise of AI and smart automation. As an innovative tech company in healthcare, we fully embrace these developments. In the role of Financial Project Associate, we offer you the unique opportunity to grow along with this transformation. Together with the Financial Assistant, you form the indispensable operational backbone of our department. Additionally, you play an active role in our digital transition and continuously look at how we can design our processes more smartly and efficiently. You will get plenty of room to work with modern (AI) tools. In this way, you contribute to a flawless financial integration of HealthConnected and maximize your own development as a professional.

In this role, you are an essential link in improving Dutch healthcare. By maintaining oversight, conducting flawless administration, and ensuring processes run smoothly, you lay the foundation for reliable management information and analyses. With this, you contribute directly to the efficiency and digitalization of our organization.

• Operational management & coordination: Together with the Financial Assistant, you ensure a flawless purchasing, sales, and payment process via AFAS and effective accounts receivable management. While you both jointly keep the foundation running, as a senior, you also take the lead on more complex, cross-departmental issues and act as a process guardian.

• HealthConnected integration: You think along and help with bringing the financial administration of HealthConnected within ZorgDomein. You apply your experience toward a warm transfer of knowledge and a successful integration of the financial administration, together with the expertise of your colleagues.

• Process optimization & Digitalization: You proactively identify manual, repetitive tasks and work together with your colleagues from the finance team on designing and automating processes more smartly, including through the use of AI-supported tools.

In your first six months, you will lay a strong foundation: you support the smooth landing of the HealthConnected administration and ensure that monthly closings run flawlessly. Once this foundation is in place, there are plenty of opportunities to advance yourself and the team. While you keep the administration running, you actively think along about how we can further digitalize or automate repetitive processes with AI.
