Support Specialist

As a Support Specialist within ZorgDomein, together with the team you are the voice of the customer and an essential link in improving Dutch healthcare. You help healthcare professionals and healthcare institutions daily via various communication channels and ensure they can make optimal use of our platform. In doing so, you make a direct contribution to the smooth running of digital communication in Dutch healthcare.

You will join a driven and close-knit department where professionalism and a pleasant working atmosphere go hand in hand! Together with your colleagues, you will provide customers with answers faster and better than ever & you will work to lift the support department to a higher level by actively contributing to the integration of our new AI solutions.

• Handling customer inquiries: You are the first point of contact for healthcare professionals and healthcare institutions via telephone, live chat, and tickets, and you help them get on their way quickly and effectively.

• Problem solving & Platform support: You will dive into various service requests and incidents, ask the right questions, and inform customers about the use of our SaaS platform.

• Innovating with AI: You will work with our new support platform and our AI agent; you will identify where the AI agent performs well or needs adjustment and use AI tools to accelerate your own work.
