How cool is it to design solutions that have a direct impact on the financial lives of you, your neighbor, your brother, your cousin, or your parents. As a Solution Architect, you are at the foundation of this. You are the connecting factor between the various internal and external stakeholders, see the big picture, and translate the wishes and requirements of the customer from this scope into software and infrastructural solutions.

The starting point of a project is often a sketch of how it should be. You see possibilities and know how to get from a blank sheet to a suitable IT solution. That is where your strength lies!

As an IT professional at heart, you have developed yourself into a Solution Architect. You are most in your element when you are responsible for the entire IT process: from pre-sales to discovery design, realization, and taking the solution into management. In doing so, you overlook nothing. In fact: you know how to put different solutions side by side and explain the advantages and disadvantages in a clear manner. Every stakeholder in this process understands exactly what you mean, because you bridge the gap between the different expertises. With your knowledge and experience, you are able to remove any uncertainties regarding the technical realization of the project. Because our applications contain personally sensitive data, security is of crucial importance. You understand this and, as a matter of course, take this into account during the design.

Actually, you are a kind of chameleon who can oversee a situation from different perspectives and propose solutions for it.

Who are your colleagues?

Your colleagues form a diverse team consisting of Back-end/Front-End Developers, Solution Architects, Designers, DevOps Engineers, and Business Consultants. How wonderful it is to work in a team where so many aspects of IT come together! You will also find various stakeholders from these fields in the collaboration with our client. Your team can therefore consist of both internal and external colleagues. And that brings a whole different dynamic with it.

We love clarity: the salary range for this position is € 4,500 to € 6,500 (final grading is dependent on your knowledge and experience). Additionally, you will receive a mobility allowance that you may use in a green and responsible way (for example, by choosing an electric lease car).
