Implementation & Service Delivery Consultant

How do you ensure that a new software platform is successfully implemented at customers and continues to run reliably? As an Implementation & Service Delivery Consultant at Davinci Conclusion, you will take the lead in this. You will provide structure, guide customers, and work together with your colleagues to ensure a smooth transition from development to operational service delivery.

Your first assignment involves a new solution for data exchange in the logistics sector. Together with the customer and our DevOps team, you will organize what is necessary to put this solution into use and manage it. You will make processes and responsibilities clear and guide the customer through choices that are often new to them.

As an Implementation & Service Delivery Consultant, you will be involved in, among other things:

• Guiding the customer during implementation, commissioning, and the transition to management;

• Setting up processes, responsibilities, and quality agreements, together with the DevOps team;

• Organizing support, handover, incident handling, and escalations;

• Making risks and dependencies visible and involving the right specialists;

• Developing a repeatable approach that allows subsequent customers to connect as well;

• Monitoring and improving the quality of service delivery after going live.

Starting from the very first customer, you will help build a new service and will have direct influence on how it is structured. As the number of implementations grows, your role will grow with it. In the long term, there are opportunities to take on more responsibility for the service organization and managing a team.

You combine initiative with a careful, process-oriented way of working. You bring customers along, make expectations explicit, and organize progress. You feel comfortable with freedom and responsibility, even when the approach is not yet fixed. In doing so, you actively seek collaboration and ask for help when necessary.

Experienced colleagues will help you with professional deepening. You will maintain the overview and ensure that the right knowledge is deployed at the right time.
