Platform Reviewer

At Fortrum Conclusion, we help financial institutions gain insight into the quality, control, and reliability of their services. We assess lenders and servicers on topics such as governance, processes, laws and regulations, and operational quality. In this way, we support leading, often international, clients in making well-founded decisions.

As a Platform Reviewer, you play an important role in this. You investigate how organizations truly function: from strategy and governance to processes, systems, and the people working with them. You form an objective and well-founded judgment that clients can use to take immediate action.

You carry out reviews at lenders and servicers and assess organizations in six core areas:

• Strategy

• Governance

• Policy

• Processes

• Systems

• Employees

You prepare review trajectories, conduct interviews, analyze documentation, and test organizations against laws and regulations, contractual agreements, and best practices.

Within review trajectories, you work independently on analyses and reports and continuously coordinate with colleagues, clients, and the organization you are assessing. You identify risks, substantiate findings, and translate these into clear recommendations that allow organizations to further improve their services.

• You can thoroughly understand legal, organizational, and operational issues.

• You substantiate findings clearly and convincingly, both orally and in writing.

• You switch easily between different stakeholders and organizations.

• You quickly learn new regulations, systems, and processes.

• You take responsibility for review trajectories and continue to develop yourself.

You will become part of Fortrum Conclusion, a specialist in assessing and optimizing processes surrounding mortgages and other financial products.

You work for leading financial institutions and international clients, including large investment banks. No review is the same: one time you work from the office or home, another time you are on-site at a client for several days, domestically or abroad. You will join a team where knowledge sharing, quality, and collaboration are central, and where you will receive plenty of room to further develop yourself.

A substantively strong position in which you get to know organizations from the inside and have a direct impact on the quality of financial services. Are you interested? It helps if you meet as many of the following as possible:

• A completed university degree (WO) in Law (or a demonstrably comparable legal level).

• Audit, review, compliance, or supervisory experience is a strong advantage.

• Experience in assessing organizations, processes, or governance is a plus.

• You have excellent command of both Dutch and English, both orally and in writing.

• German and/or French are an advantage.

• You are willing to travel internationally when reviews take place on-site.

• You work accurately, analytically, and in a structured manner.

• You are available for at least 32 hours per week (40 hours is preferred).

• You are willing to provide a valid Certificate of Conduct (VOG) or similar integrity document within six weeks of employment, if the assignment requires it.

We value clarity: the salary range for this position depends on your knowledge and experience. Additionally, you will receive an appropriate mobility allowance.
