We love clarity: the salary range for this position is € 4750 to €6400 (depending on your knowledge and experience). Additionally, you will receive a mobility allowance that you may use in a green and responsible way (for example, by choosing an electric lease car).
Furthermore, you can count on all the basics being perfectly arranged. Think of a good lunch, a fast MacBook, phone, an excellent pension scheme, and smooth salary and expense processing.
In the turbulent world of the financial sector, innovation is not just a challenge, but also an opportunity that we seize with both hands! Every day we strive to make the complex financial world more understandable and more accessible for all Dutch citizens. We do not do this alone, but together with our clients. Side by side, we realize groundbreaking innovations. How cool is it to develop solutions that have a direct effect on the financial life of you, your neighbor, your brother, your cousin, your parents, you name it. As a Senior/Managing IT Consultant, you are at the foundation of this.
As a Senior/Managing IT Consultant, you are an authority in the world of IT and software development. You combine deep technical knowledge with strategic insight and know better than anyone how to lift organizations, projects, and teams to a higher level. You take ownership of complex issues, act as a substantive sparring partner for clients, and determine the course together with them. In doing so, you are driven by quality, impact, and the realization of sustainable results.
In your role, you provide direction to complex IT trajectories and are responsible for translating business issues into future-proof IT solutions. You develop digital roadmaps, set the right priorities, and translate these into clear IT architectures and concrete implementation plans. You map out business needs—such as customer portals, pension planners, or robo-advice—and know how to translate these into scalable, maintainable, and compliant solutions. You monitor the coherence between strategy, architecture, and execution and ensure that quality, planning, and expectations are continuously in balance.
You act as the connecting link between business and technology and know how to involve stakeholders at all levels in your vision. From board and management to product owners, developers, and end users: you create support, bring different interests together, and ensure clear decision-making. Additionally, you take on a coaching role towards less experienced consultants, lead multidisciplinary teams, and actively contribute to the further development of our services. You feel responsible for the success of the project and the team and dare to provide direction when necessary.
In short: are you an experienced IT Consultant who not only advises and realizes, but also takes ownership, provides direction, and knows how to involve others in complex IT issues? Then this is the opportunity to deploy your expertise on leading projects within the financial sector.
