As Managing Project- / Program Manager, you are responsible for setting up, guiding, and successfully realizing complex programs and collaborations. You switch effortlessly between strategic, tactical, and operational levels and know how to bring stakeholders with different interests together.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Developing innovative propositions and value cases

• Guiding complex programs and change processes

• Connecting public and private stakeholders

• Drafting and monitoring schedules, budgets, and risks

• Facilitating working groups and decision-making processes

• Creating support among customers, partners, and chain organizations

• Identifying opportunities within the market and translating these into concrete initiatives

• Monitoring progress, quality, and results within your programs
