Are you an experienced senior credit analyst or file reviewer within mortgages and do you enjoy working at the intersection of credit risk, quality, and compliance? Do you command Dutch fluently and can you communicate professionally with lenders, colleagues, and stakeholders? Then we are looking for you.
As a Senior Credit Analyst, you are responsible for checking and assessing acceptance files and guiding projects within the financial services domain, focused on the Dutch market. We do this, among other things, for large international investment banks.
Your responsibilities include, among other things:
Checking and authorizing acceptances for BTL and regular mortgages, and other financial products such as consumer credit and car loans
Reporting findings back to lenders and maintaining the relationship through periodic meetings
Coordinating and leading projects from start to finish, including reporting to clients
Monitoring quality and compliance, including following changes in policy and Dutch laws and regulations
Performing internal quality controls and improving processes
Acting as a point of contact for clients and colleagues within projects
For this position, we are looking for someone with demonstrable experience in credit analysis, mortgage acceptance, or file review within the Dutch market. You work accurately, independently, and are accustomed to providing well-substantiated decisions.
Fortrum is part of Conclusion and specializes in supporting financial institutions in optimizing processes surrounding mortgages and other financial products. We combine substantive expertise with a pragmatic approach and work closely with our clients on sustainable solutions.
But that is far from everything. What truly sets us apart is our way of working:
You will enter an environment in which you can continuously develop yourself and in which knowledge sharing is central;
You will work for leading clients in the financial sector, at the highest level;
You are allowed to be completely yourself and do not need to conform to a certain image or stereotype;
You have flexibility in where and when you work (depending on your travel distance, working largely remote is possible), with attention to a good work-life balance;
You can participate in various activities with colleagues, such as events, knowledge sessions, and informal gatherings;
And if you want to relax for a moment at the office, there is plenty of room for that.
Do you want to apply your experience as a credit analyst to challenging assignments within the Dutch mortgage market? And do you want to work in an environment where quality, compliance, and substantive expertise are central?
Then we would love to meet you.
